We went to the clinic with a cat's health problem. An urgent operation was required, which was performed immediately. The doctor recommended that the cat be kept in the hospital for a day under supervision, which they did. The next day they took me away, and they gave me a medicine that needed to be administered for several days. They told us in detail what to do and how to do it, how the operation went, and answered all the questions. We talked with two teams of doctors, both polite, patient, and kind to animals. The clinic is clean, and there are medications and animal care products on sale. They gave recommendations and told me to bring the animal to the clinic at any time in case of any incomprehensible events or deterioration of health. It's very good that they work around the clock. Despite the fact that there are many winds in the city. Clinics are a problem to find a good one. This is the third one that managed to get an appointment, the other two, where they applied, despite the emergency situation, refused admission and treatment with the words: go to another place. If there are any questions, they give explanations by phone.

Wonderful doctors and a wonderful clinic. It becomes much calmer when you know that your pet is ready to help at any time, even at night. There have been situations more than once when it was not possible to bring an animal urgently, since we are located in another city, but the doctors have always been very understanding and consulted in detail over the phone. I would like to leave a positive review and write words of gratitude. Our cat was rescued at this clinic and underwent emergency surgery on the night of January 15th due to pyometra. Despite the noticeable fatigue of the doctors, they told me everything, explained the reasons, and gave me recommendations on what to do at home. A cat has a cosmetic (internal) seam, just like a human. No treatments are needed with it, no blankets, no seams to be removed either. The cat doesn't go in there, everything heals perfectly. I am writing a review 2 weeks after the operation. Thank you so much to the doctors for the emergency help! P.S. No one asked for records or shoe covers.
