Room 617 was fine for me, the lovely young girl on reception at night was very helpful (my Russian is average at best) but she did it all with a smile, and nothing was a problem. Thank you! Yes things are older, but it was a 2 night stay not a lifetime. I personally enjoy seeing older buildings, but I know it is not for everyone’s taste. Thank you! Ryan from Australia 🇦🇺

We were passing through, we stayed at this hotel, the rooms are clean,the bed is clean, I really liked the menu in the express bar, delicious soups, very tasty bread, fresh rolls, we had an early wake-up, breakfast in the restaurant from 7:00 in the morning is very convenient when you need to leave early,the breakfast complexes are very good, we liked the complex with It's very tasty with a plaque and cheesecakes. The staff is all polite and courteous. When we had to find an overnight stay on the way back, we returned to this hotel. We liked everything very much.

We stayed in Vetraz for one night when we were in Vitebsk. We lived on the fifth floor. Apparently, it was recently renovated. Everything is new, spacious bathroom, nice furniture. But the rest of the floors, they say, have not been repaired for a long time. The room was clean, the linen was clean too. The equipment includes a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning and even an electric fireplace. The bathroom has everything you need (towels, gel, shampoo, soap, toothbrushes with paste, etc.). The most noticeable disadvantage is noise. There is a railway near the hotel and if you open the window, you can hear the trains very well. So it won't be easy for fans to sleep with the window open. But there is an air conditioner in the room. I couldn't have breakfast because the service was refused due to tour groups. Within walking distance, most cafes open at 10 a.m. I had to have breakfast on the way. Administrators are amorphous. The girl issued it, gave me the key, and that's it. No information about where to go to the elevators, where to eat, or other information. We received all the information from the security guard, who told us everything and helped us get the codes for registering on the Wi-Fi network. The receptionist was minding her own business and didn't pay much attention to us. In general, it is a simple inexpensive hotel for those who plan only to spend the night. If you need modern renovation and quiet, it's better to look for something else or ask for a room on the fifth floor. If the main thing is to save money and have a roof over your head, then the option is quite working.
