I just can't imagine how they do it, but it's perfect: thin, airy, and moderately crunchy. Khachapuri is a masterpiece! Incredibly tender dough, generous cheese filling, and the yolk in the center spreads so appetizingly that the hand itself reaches for a piece. The cheese stretches in threads — you can lick your fingers. Dumplings are also out of competition here. A real Siberian classic: thin dough, juicy meat filling with a broth inside. It feels like they were sculpted by hand and with love. But the main blow to the gastronomic receptors is the pork pan. The meat just melts in your mouth! It is soft, juicy, soaked in spices and gravy, with a crispy crust and fragrant vegetables. The portion is so large that it would be enough for two. And be sure to try the signature salad "Breeze" — this is their calling card. And for dessert, homemade lemonades, also very decent, moderately sweet and fragrant. The eldest son said that caesar with chicken in the Breeze was the most delicious on the coast))) We would also like to mention the friendly and helpful cafe staff, who are always ready to meet the wishes of customers. We had lunch and dinner several times. The combined hodgepodge is very tasty, there is a lot of meat of various kinds. The cutlet is very juicy and my son liked the mashed potatoes, he said it was delicious, just like at home. The noodles are delicious, a good piece of breast, not greasy.
