Doctor Andrey Alexandrovich has already helped our cat twice after falling from the third floor. At first, the animal had a delay in urination, then he stopped going to the toilet at large. We went to various clinics, where we were offered to install a catheter and even perform surgery to remove a stool plug. However, fortunately, we found Andrey Alexandrovich. He is in no hurry to resort to painful procedures if it is possible to do more gentle methods. He is very competent in diagnosis and treatment, knows the anatomy perfectly, works carefully and really loves animals. He is an attentive, polite person who cares about both patients and their owners. His team also made a very good impression - the guys reacted calmly and with understanding to the situation, supported us, explained everything in detail and helped us calm down.
