The cafe is officially called Gazaphuli. Its name translates from Georgian as "Spring". By the way, opposite the cafe. Which is called "Spring". We visited Gazaphuli twice during the two weeks of our stay. The entrance is next to the Botanical Garden. Multiple levels. Steep steps. On the second level there is a hall under a wooden roof. On the third floor there is an outdoor veranda under awnings over the sea with a beautiful view. We had lunch on the veranda both times, it was windy, and there weren't many people who wanted to sit here. We were offered blankets, but we had jackets. Tables for four with simple plastic chairs. The veranda is fenced off by a wire fence from the Botanical Garden. Visitors can be seen walking along the garden path. We ordered salads Caesar with chicken for 25 lari and Caesar with bacon for 24 lari. Trout for 20 lari. Mushroom cream soup for 17 lari. Khachapuri in Megrelian for 27 lari, dumplings in a pot for 15 lari. Ajipsandal for 20 lari. There are khinkali dishes on the menu, the grandchildren love them very much, but both times they were on the stop list. I liked the trout the most. It is not fried here, but grilled. It turns out to be very tender and extremely tasty. Mushroom soup for a five-plus. The dumplings taste good, but there's a lot of dough, not enough meat. Khachapuri is great, I really liked it. Caesari salads -both options- for five. The dishes were not cleaned on purpose. Two waitresses work, they don't always have time to clean the dirty dishes right away. Sometimes it happened that by the end of lunch the whole table was filled with dirty dishes. The total bill for the four was from 190 to 200 lari. It includes a 10% service fee. The invoice is written manually. They paid in cash.

Delicious khinkali, caesar with shrimp, khachapuri in Adjarian style. Of course, the dishes don't arrive very quickly, but we're in a bistro. While they are being carried, you can admire the sea, nature and listen to birdsong. Russian Russian is one small disadvantage - some waiters do not know Russian at all, this is a lack of leadership and probably the authorities of Georgia, who do not teach Russian in schools. Although 80%, if not more, are Russian-speaking tourists.

A place with an unfairly low rating. The main advantage is that the food is actually delicious. Khachapuri is 4+ out of 5, ojakhuri is 4, slightly salty. The music is pleasant The only negative is the waiting, they don't really cope with the flow of customers, but overall, the impression is very pleasant.
