Terrible service. We ordered flowers, gave a reference, and the key was a pink palette. A few days later, they come out with a ready-made bouquet where the predominant palette of colors turned out to be purple. The composition is also neither here nor there. You would be better able to collect a bouquet yourself at the wholesale market. The feeling is that if the bouquet is not worth 1 million, the guys are not particularly interested in trying. The staff does not assume responsibility. Honestly, there used to be some good bouquets, but now you're more likely to be disappointed than anything worthwhile. I don't recommend it, there are better shops.

The flowers are always fresh, stylish and tasteful. The bouquets look neat and even better than in the photo. The service is excellent: fast, polite, everything on request, delivery without delay. Now VESNA is my favorite flower shop. 🌸
