A few years ago, we ordered shawarma at the Merry Samurai. She was so disgusting that they didn't eat her. There's some kind of boiled cabbage inside, and it's not clear what... We contacted the administrator. But, it didn't do anything. They asked to send a photo of the shawarma, then apologized and offered a discount on the next order. The other day we decided to order shawarma from the Merry Samurai again, and we've improved. As a result, not only did they wait a long time, but the courier was delayed, so again the shawarma is not so good... They forgot to put meat in it! There's only cabbage and a tomato inside. There is practically no sauce. And even more meat. It took a long time to find out the reasons for this service with the administrator. As a result, the courier arrived and returned the money. Now we definitely won't order there. Even over the years, nothing changes. It's a pity! The only advantage is delicious pizzas!

I ordered sushi, and pale and dark sushi arrived with the scent of lavender rafa. The girl director and the man deputy director refused to redo the order for free, they would redo it only on the condition that I would give them these goodies, they said they needed to talk to the supplier (funny) to pick up these low-quality sushi.
