I came across this salon by accident, there were no expectations, but it was here that I bought my wedding dress. And this is not a salon in the usual sense, where you buy a ready-made dress and it is customized for you, the dress is sewn from scratch individually according to the standards. From the first visit, I really liked the attitude towards me as a client, the kind atmosphere and the salon itself is very cozy (clean, good light). As it turned out, it's not like that everywhere! The dress and corset were sewn from scratch by my standards, it fits and looks just perfect. In addition, a skirt with embroidery was made especially for me. A lot of work has been done by the salon team and I am very grateful to them for their scrupulous approach. I'm looking forward to the wedding day. Thanks ❤

I had a very unpleasant impression of visiting the Versailles salon in Minsk. Firstly, there are no prices for dresses on the website at all, so it is impossible to understand the budget in advance — you need to go to the fitting blindly. Secondly, at the fitting itself, the staff calls the prices in dollars, but they do not specify in any way that they are talking about dollars, and not about Belarusian rubles. I even asked for a separate price in Belarusian rubles, but they never did. As a result, there is confusion and a feeling of complete opacity. After all, we are located in Minsk, and it is logical to expect that prices will be announced in the national currency and understandable to the client. It looks very strange for a wedding salon. There was an unpleasant aftertaste after the visit. I don't recommend it.

Complete disappointment. The first fitting of a wedding dress was in this salon. She came out with tears in her eyes and complete devastation. My expectations were not met, although I thought that I would come there and buy a dress. To begin with, the salon lacks service and customer orientation. A young girl comes to the salon to choose her very dress, and receives a range of emotions from the series "expectation and reality". You need to get everything out of the consultant girl, no comments were given on the fitting itself and no advice was given. I tried to advise on how the dress fits, and I got a shrug, then I don't know, or it's fine. How would you want to buy a dress after such a consultation? I'm a size 44, the girl gave all the dresses a size smaller, referring to the fact that everything would be tailored. A seamstress was sitting by the fitting room, and they talked about their topics at times. I believe that during the fitting, the consultant should fully devote his time to the future bride. Also, it is very strange that there is no such running 44 size for fitting. The consultant should see the girl's face and figure and offer options from this, and not so that you go and "forcibly" ask to show this dress. You can't even take a picture of yourself in the mirror to figure out what you'll look like from the outside..Train employees on how to properly ADVISE and SELL such expensive items, both literally and figuratively. I do not recommend this salon.

I bought a dress from this wedding salon, as I really liked it and smelled into my soul. The attitude towards customers is disgusting. The consultant, Irina's girlfriend, if I'm not mistaken, behaves arrogantly, looks down on everyone, all information needs to be extracted.At the first fitting, I mentioned one cost of the dress, after a couple of days the cost of the dress was $ 500 higher. There were questions about the fitting dates when sewing the dress, the salon believes that it is normal to postpone the date of the dress fitting when everything is planned for the brides and the wedding organization process is underway. There were questions the day I picked up the dress. I took it alone, without anyone, and I couldn't assess the appearance from all angles, how the dress lay on the back. The woman who was sewing my dress noticed some inaccuracies, decided to fix it or pretended to fix it and decided to get rid of me quickly so that she would take off the dress and pack it for me. Fortunately, the owner of the salon made a remark to her (she saw that there was something wrong with the seam) and told her to redo it. I want a normal attitude and respect when I go to the salon and buy a dress for more than $ 1,000.

I warned that this was my first fitting, that I was considering both buying and renting, it turned out that almost no rent was available, my girlfriends were not even offered water (well, some kind of basic service should be present). One is big, the second is small, they can't recommend anything or offer an alternative, on the third dress they told me "I'm bringing what you showed me, but you don't like everything!". Yes, this is my first fitting, I can not imagine how I will look in this or that dress, instead of tips or alternatives, you just shove random dresses. They ruined the mood with their passive aggression, but fortunately, the next salon had service, beautiful dresses, rent, and the cost was lower. Versailles, you suck!

The employee wrote that "the designer does not see that it will be beautiful and cannot help with sewing." Versailles could not provide a general drawing to show what it would look like in the end, nor could he offer other options. Word of mouth works great in this kind of business to attract customers. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon. There are more pleasant salons and sewing workshops where they know how to conduct a dialogue with the client.

The impression of this salon is simply terrible! Not only did no one greet me when I entered the salon, although the consultant saw and heard me perfectly, she also pretended that there was absolutely no one near the reception. I arrived a little earlier than the scheduled dress fitting time. In front of me was a girl who was actually at the stage of choosing. So, my appointed fitting time is coming, the girl is still at the selection stage, and I'm ALREADY in a bad mood (due to the way I was "kindly greeted") I continue to wait. As a result, this girl finishes fitting and leaves. (There would have been no questions if a consultant had approached me, greeted me first and asked me to wait a bit). Next, of course, no one invites me to sit on the sofa near the fitting area (all this time I was sitting near the entrance / reception), I got up myself and went to sit on that sofa (still with the belief that I will now be offered decent dress options). LO AND BEHOLD, I was noticed by asking a question about what kind of dress I would like (this question was asked with some arrogance/aggression in my voice). When I started talking about what I wanted, the consultant decided that the floor was very dirty and needed to be wiped right now. Well, fortunately, my nerves are fine, I waited until it was over. They did start showing me the dress options, but very reluctantly (each option literally took 2-3 seconds, without asking me if I would like to try it on or not). There was also a complaint to me, "Well, you don't say that you want to try this on, how will I understand!?", but I don't have time to see what kind of dress is there. In the end, I still tried on a few options. At the moment when I was trying on the second dress, the consultant decided that she urgently needed to go somewhere, she came after about seven minutes (of course, I was standing all this time in the dress that I actually tried on) . Also about the photo and video shooting. I honestly don't understand why I can't take MYSELF off in a dress that I liked. Obviously, when a bride chooses a dress, she is not limited to one salon, but is looking for the very one. This is exactly what photo and video shooting is for, to review and understand whether it is or not (Or if it is not possible to come with a person who will help you choose, send just this photo or video). In general, this place is definitely not for vivid impressions of choosing the most important outfit of the bride. In my humble opinion, this is the BOTTOM.

Or is it also forbidden for brides in their dresses to post photos for everyone to see?🫠 Aggressive marketing was immediately launched: "We are the only ones, we work with such luxury fabrics - you can't imagine! And yet, we sewed such dresses wherever they were! For 2.5k dollars, can you imagine! And what is your budget?" After such an attitude, I immediately wanted to complete the fitting))) It was uncomfortable and uncomfortable, although I won't say that I was looking for a budget dress. I was in Minsk in general in five salons, I encountered such an attitude and service only here, although there are salons in the city at a higher level and they do not allow themselves to do this.

During the entire fitting, you are under the relentless supervision of an unnamed man, whom no one introduced and he did not introduce himself. We still didn't understand if it was a designer, an administrative employee, or just a security guard. The same man very often notes that photos and videos are prohibited (although this is strange. I think brides who have visited a lot of salons will understand that this does not help the choice at all - you just forget dresses in a stream of other similar white dresses), arguing that somehow one girl photographed the dress, and then sewed a "pathetic fake" in another salon. Also, despite the fact that we immediately said that we were considering a purchase and did not look at the price, as long as it was "Wow", the same man constantly emphasized that, in fact, dresses are very expensive. For such a high price, as the man correctly noted, I, as a client, would like a more pleasant and polite service.
