The numbers are normal, I would like more, but thanks for that. The staff is great and will help you where you need to, breakfast in the morning and after the eviction you can still spend some time in the lobby drinking tea. I had a permanent check-in after 7 hours, I didn't know where to hang around with my suitcases, and the employee told me that I could leave my luggage here and either stay here or go further into the city on my own business. I will definitely visit this place if I have another opportunity)

The hotel is bad. The view from the room is on the wall. There is no heating in the room (the batteries are icy in April, in the cold), there is no warm water in the tap, there is no refrigerator or even a kettle in the room - it is available on the ground floor in the dining room (the lid of the kettle falls off and there is scum in it). There's mold in the shower and dust on the chandeliers. At the reception, you have to wait forever for a person who will answer questions or simply check you in. In three days, no one even took out the trash in the room, much less cleaned it up. I don't recommend it.

On the first day, there was a blockage in the bathroom, the shower was leaking. There was no hot water last night. The washing service was poorly provided (the sweater shrank by half, they refused to compensate for the cost of the sweater and haircut, said that I should dress better at Dawn, and I had a thing made of bad material, all the time he dragged the maid into the conversation, although she had nothing to do with it, he said that I would have problems with the law, the Island's support appointed compensation. He promised to give her a receipt and a review so that she would write in front of him, but he did not give compensation). Toilet paper, garbage collection and cleaning on request, if you're lucky, and someone will come to the reception desk.
