The owner is a very pleasant and understanding guy, because of the flight delay, he did not get to the dock, asked for an exception to check in early, went to meet me at 9 a.m. I was already in the room! Price-quality,the room has all the necessary amenities ! The location is very convenient! I recommend it!!!

Excellent hotel, attentive and sincere service. The city center is just a stone's throw from the museum, the David Kakabadze Art Gallery, and the Colchis Fountain. There are copies of the beautiful Niko Pirosmanishvili on the walls. A very pleasant impression. You can sit on the balcony and enjoy the atmosphere of Kutaisi. I recommend it!!!!

Excellent hotel and friendly host! On this trip, I realized how much depends on the owners of the hotel. No matter how cool the hotel is, if the staff is not interested in the guests, the experience can be ruined. But this is not about this hotel! A wonderful hotel owner who attentively treats all guests. He speaks excellent Russian, English and, of course, Georgian. I upgraded my room to a room with a balcony. The rooms are clean, there is a refrigerator, a hairdryer. The owner of the hotel offered to treat me with his homemade wine. The breakfasts are excellent (2 delicious homemade salads with chicken, vegetables, yoghurts, obviously homemade cupcake, omelette, eggs, sausages, sausages, cheeses). They also make delicious coffee with or without milk or tea. I had a late flight (very late), offered an option with a late departure, did not ask for money for it. He was polite, open to dialogue and smiling. I highly recommend this particular hotel! Convenient location (the center is nearby, cafes, restaurants, spar store, souvenir shops. I walked all over the city and it was always convenient for me to return to the hotel.
