I have been to this hotel several times since 2000. Quite decent. The rooms are small, and there is a private beach, too, and you need to walk along the boardwalk, not far away. But on vacation, the main thing is the sea itself, the opportunity to go somewhere on excursions or on your own, and there are plenty of this in Marmaris, including shops, bars, etc. Yes, and it's quite affordable, although prices have increased, but they have increased throughout Turkey.
