For 25 minutes they tried to change the most ordinary doggie on the most ordinary lock. As a result, they didn't do it, referring to the fact that apparently it had already been done before, and they did something wrong. In another place, it was literally done in 2 minutes without any problems. I wouldn't trust anything more responsible than replacing a doggie, certainly not here.
