We always taste local products and dishes on trips. On a tour of Polesie, our guide, having learned that we are big fans of ice cream and cheese, told us that the cheeses of the Kobrin factory are a brand of Belarusian cheeses, and brought us to this small dairy store "for our own" in Kobrin. There are a lot of different kinds of cheese in the store, just my eyes were running away. A lot of cheeses with a taste, for example, (melted milk or fenugreek. But this is for an amateur. We love hard and semi-hard cheeses, and without flavor. There were a lot of them too, mostly weight ones, straight from the factory, the freshest, today's ones. We bought semi-hard cheeses "Grand", "Leonardo", and hard "MONDEGRANO" (it is more expensive than the first ones). It was enough not only for the rest of the week in Belarus, they ate and praised it), but they also brought it home. If they had known that such a wonderful cheese was, they would have scored more. We no longer found Kobrin cheeses in other cities of Belarus, and even more so in Moscow in "Belarusian products". And we bought soft and delicious Kobrin cream ice cream in a waffle cone and in a cardboard cup. Then we sat down on a bench in the park and had a "second breakfast." The ice cream is delicious, and it's also very satisfying. The saleswoman at the store was very kind and competent, helped me choose the cheeses to my taste. A great store for culinary regional studies.

We went specially to Kobrin for this wonderful soft ice cream. It is located in one of the small pavilions. Look for the sign "Veras". Creamy ice cream is served from a special machine in a waffle cone or plastic cup. The ice cream is just great. It is very satisfying, the taste is different from all ice creams, of course. Class. I think you should definitely try this ice cream if you are in Kobrin.
