My wife and I chose two leather jackets worth 2,500 euros. Then we sat down to discuss the price. Surprisingly, the price dropped immediately to 117k rubles, and then to 40k. The three of them attacked us and started selling these jackets. We got off with grief in half, we were escorted to the elevator to go up to the reception and leave back. But the elevator surprisingly had buttons on the 1st floor. We went to the second, and there was already another store, where they also took hold of the hand and began to drive and sell cheap handicrafts of brands at exorbitant prices. In short, instead of "take a quick walk and go to Nova Mall" We spent an hour listening to how we needed to pay for these "quality items." Better take a taxi and drive yourself. Spend less time and nerves.

The store is a complete disappointment. If the tour operator offers to take you somewhere for free, but with a stop at this store, then be prepared that they will want to deceive you. We arrived there, and from that moment on, one of the Turkish consultants stuck to us like a sheet of paper. With grief, they chose a coat in half, it was not bad, but the most interesting thing began next. Prices for things are not fixed. They set the price of the coat for us at $900 (well, you know, even branded clothing takes a break from such arrogance). I wonder if there are people who are able to buy for such a price? But miraculously, we dropped the price to $200. Some kind of their main manager, a rude and not customer-oriented type, was haggling with us. Well, OK, it seems like the coat is not bad, the price doesn't seem to bite much either, we decided to pay. The payment was made in rubles by transfer to a Russian bank. But as soon as the payment was made, the coat was brought. I unwrap my coat, and there's a huge hole in the lining. The pencil on the outside, which we noticed during the fitting, was not erased, and the button that we wanted to be sewn on after the purchase was completely forgotten. We didn't want to take the coat with the hole in the lining, but they stubbornly insisted that their local tailor sew it up, and we didn't agree. They refused to return the money. Their general manager was rude and behaved abominably. As a result, we had to fight with them for a very long time and eventually called the police. Immediately after that, we found ways to refund the money. We applied for a refund and the money was returned the next day. Therefore, be careful with these dishonest people, check things before payment and bargain to the lowest price you can, or do not buy anything at all)
