Complete inconsistency of the order and disregard of the customer's wishes. The bouquet of peony-shaped tulips was ordered in advance in cream color, as suggested in the photo in the store's application, but raspberry was delivered. The design preferences (white packaging and pale pink ribbon) also did the opposite. The photo was not sent before sending. Even the postcard was not fully designed — the text on the back, indicated in the comment, was not written. The delivery, despite the postponement to 20:00, arrived at 17:00, which caused an urgent change of address. The order was probably mixed up (even the number of flowers did not match). The Veneraday store employee replied to the appeal: "Yes, everything is mixed up, but there is nothing you can do, the flowers are all distributed." No attempts to resolve the situation. Complete disappointment in the service. I don't recommend it.
