A wild personal sad story. Through the Caspian app, I made the purchase of a Petava electric bike, a bike for 395,000 rubles. I live in Astana myself, the bike came in working condition, I was happy about the purchase for a short time, the electric motor burned out less than a month ago, as it turned out, there was no guarantee, only for the frame, it was like buying a TV,and giving a guarantee for the body that would not break,I sent it to Almaty for diagnosis, so that they could issue a refund, I did my diagnostics without any service, they don't have their own internal electronics, they said that water got in, I didn't even use it in the rain, since there are two regular bicycles. As a result, the refund was refused, sent to the service for repair, there were no repair parts available, I waited for 8 months, I periodically called the service. In one regular call, I was told that the bike had been taken by those who had taken it, no one warned me. I called the Bike shop, didn't get through right away, and they said they had no idea where my bike was. He was found only after he sent a pre-trial claim. A bicycle with eights on the front and rear wheels arrived, without pedals and still not working. I will now seek justice through the courts. They don't want to be nice.

Read it so as not to make a mistake! I am writing my first negative review: the guys forced me. I bought a bike here through advertising via Instagram, and it was delivered to Kostanay. The Huber 2.0 bike was choosing between it and the Gestalt. The manager advised Huber, well OK, the guys know what's best. I got a bike and started to assemble it: the cables and the hydrological brakes on the steering wheel were all tangled up. The rear brakes were practically not squeezed out, the handle was falling through, then the guys tried to help me on the phone. At the same time, there was a crackling somewhere in the carriage. They gave the contact of the "boss", that's what they called him, they said that he knows everything, he will help. I explained the situation, sent him a photo of this place, he said that the bearings needed to be lubricated, for this you need a pressing key. I bought it, 10 days later my key came to the marketplace, I took it, started working — there was another system there, this key was not needed, the money was wasted. I didn't bother to delve into the problem. I'm calling him, he hung up, sent a video with the problem, silence. I am writing: should I expect help from you? And then ignore it! Here everything became clear, who has already paid the money, it becomes no longer interesting, since the money has been mastered, they only earn money here, but they do NOT help to eliminate problems. Be careful and avoid this bike shop. As for the Huber bike, it's better to take any other one, the guys will cram it into you, since they probably have a good margin from it and that's it, but in fact it's a copy, "licked" from a normal company. This bike is being assembled somewhere in the basement of China on its knees. Sweden probably does not know that they sell a purely Chinese bike under their flag. The guys printed their instructions and put them in a box, which is already strange. I am not a competitor, if suddenly you decide to appeal my comment, there are photos and videos to confirm it.
