I can't contain my positive emotions about the amazing dentist Kirill Melyantsov.🙏🏻The previous experience at another clinic was simply terrible, of course, I went to the removal today with a tremor in my throat, or rather with doom.However, the doctor greeted me very positively, I said that I was very afraid, the doctor said that there was no reason to worry. Then there was a stab of frost, which I didn't feel at all, and another stab was slightly bitten by a mosquito. After numbing the freezing site, the doctor carefully removed the roots and… I got up from my chair with a question: "What was that? Where is the pain? Dizziness, fainting, and hellish pain?" There was nothing like that,! The doctor's hands are golden! Apparently he loves and knows his profession well. Now it's just this clinic. I want to leave a negative review and draw the attention of the management of this clinic.In September last year, I went to this clinic to have my 8th tooth removed, the tooth was complicated, so I needed surgery followed by suturing. Initially, I was "greeted" by a terrible service: I called after telling the situation, asked to make an appointment. The procedure is complicated and requires some preparation, but for some reason, the person who receives the calls and records does not consider it necessary to explain this. I had to "pull out" the cost information myself, which is not small (a year ago it was 400-450 BYN, I can't remember the exact figure anymore), what was needed during the procedure, it was unclear how to prepare for it, whether it was possible to eat before the procedure or vice versa, etc. I had to find out everything from the administrator, but this is generally half the trouble. After the tooth extraction, I got worse and had a high fever, so I had to go to my clinic on Saturday for an examination. Based on the current situation, I was prescribed treatment and antibiotics, and the healing process was long. I went to your clinic several more times after that to have my stitches removed, and since everything was still healing poorly, I had to come back to have the doctor examine me. At the last appointment, the doctor released me and did not say anything else. Having forgotten about this situation, recently, I went to another clinic to see a dentist for dental treatment, to which the doctor accidentally noticed and told me that I had a missing suture. It was not only me who was surprised, but also my attending physician. He tried to take it off himself, but it had already grown quite tightly into his gum.  Based on the current situation, I had to turn to my clinic (to you, I have no desire) to a dental surgeon in order to finally resolve this issue! Just some time before the recording, I felt discomfort and noticed that this area was already starting to become inflamed, causing mild pain. It was no longer so easy to get the thread, so I had to make an incision, but that's not all, as I extracted it, it turned out that there was not just a small seam, but a deep enough knot that they tried to get to me for a long time. I'm glad that I applied on time (if, of course, it can be said that way) and it didn't reach some kind of large-scale inflammation.  And now I want to ask you a question.: how is this even acceptable and why, after paying a lot of money, should I spend my money, time and nerves on solving this issue?? I ask the management to understand this situation and give me explanations. If necessary, I am ready to contact you and provide my personal information, as well as document that I contacted the clinic and had this manipulation performed.

I went to the clinic to remove all wisdom teeth on the recommendation of colleagues. I decided on this procedure for a very long time and chose a doctor. Therefore, I want to express my deepest gratitude to Kirill Melyantsov! There was a risk of nerve damage and loss of sensitivity due to the position of the teeth, but despite the rather difficult removal, the recovery period after each procedure passed without surprises and sensitivity was fully restored immediately after departure from freezing. A separate big like for the cool playlist in the office really helped to distract yourself in the process :)

They scheduled the days and hours of appointments for me, so that in 1 visit I treated 2 teeth. But I decided that I would fly these teeth to my place of residence. I came to the doctor in a depressed state, they say, I started my teeth, almost everyone has caries, treat them. I sat down in a chair, the doctor examined me and..... I did not find any caries! I didn't believe her, I even showed her the treatment regimen you had written out. The doctor laughed at her. To make sure, I went to another dentist for a consultation, they also did not find any caries. Here's the question, was I also treated for fictional caries in the top row? Did you drill healthy teeth? Is this a way to earn extra money from you?

If an ordinary citizen (someone who works or lives in a neighboring building) needs to do a CT scan and he will find information on the website: "Where can I take a 3D snapshot of my teeth? Computed tomography of teeth can be performed at the address Minsk, Revolutsionnaya str., 4 without prior appointment. From Monday to Friday, CT is open from 9:00 to 21:00, on Saturday – until 16:00. You can ask any questions by calling +375 (29) 6-303-603.". But,....... When trying to sign up for a picture, the girl will reply that the picture is taken ONLY by PATIENTS OF the CLINIC. Well, then write in the services that you do not provide them to everyone, and if you do, to whom?.. It may still be impossible to register without a fresh fluorography or not come without blue shoe covers.. It doesn't make sense.. I will update the review after receiving the response.: "Dear Yuri. Thank you for your feedback-it is very important to us. We want to clarify the situation so as not to mislead our other patients.: According to the current requirements for radiation diagnostics in the Republic of Belarus, before prescribing and performing CBT, a medical examination/consultation and a referral with indications for the study are required. This is not our internal policy, but part of the mandatory procedure for providing medical care when using X-ray diagnostic methods. You have been asked to make an appointment with a doctor to determine the indications for CBT. In addition, before conducting any radiation study, the doctor must inform the patient about the nature of the procedure and the potential radiation exposure, after which the patient gives informed consent. " I have a referral from a doctor of the highest category of the state polyclinic for this diagnosis. With a seal !!! The risks have been announced. Obligations have been fulfilled. When I made a phone call, they didn't ask me for a referral, but simply replied that the service was provided "Only to their patients." With your “official response" you confirmed all this, but did not explain it. In other words: "Make an appointment for a consultation with our doctor for a lot of money so that he can rewrite the patient's existing referral," and then go to the picture as our client. There is still no clarity. Let your future potential patients make their own conclusions. I hope other patients will understand the direction of your actions to impose and provide services. Thanks to the other clinics in Minsk that they exist. Their work really deserves approval and further long-term cooperation. PS And surprisingly, my negative review did not appear on the website of the VASHLI clinic. Well, guys.. Isn't it funny yourself?
