Honestly, I'm shocked. I was on vacation, and I had problems with my suitcase and a couple of things. Not only that, we did it day in, day out (and that's it!). I left early in the morning, there was no way to wait. They didn't charge for the urgency, and everything was perfectly hemmed and shortened. To be honest, I was shocked, so was the suitcase, I didn't know that another wheel should work. A very sweet girl was sitting at the reception desk, even brought her a souvenir. Then I gave the carpet to the dry cleaner, everything is great, my favorites
