I was on a course with 4 other guys. Ksenia taught us. She made friends with us right away so it wouldn't be awkward. From the first minute, it immediately became clear that the man knows his job. While telling the course, she gave examples from her life along the way. She answered my questions. She also told the story of coffee, namely Americano. She explained it clearly and showed it. She responds to mistakes by saying try again. And when it turns out, we rejoice with her. The emotions remained unforgettable. Thanks to Ksenia)

I was trained in cooking back in February, but only now I got to the review!!! And it's probably not for nothing, the review could have been based on emotions right away, but now it's more conscious and fair in my opinion. I would like to sincerely thank teacher Alyosha for the professionalism that can only be based on love for what you do, for comfortable learning, for the ability to provide information in an accessible way and at the same time find an approach to each student, including those who, like me, study from scratch. The other day, we attended a course for coffee shop owners with a wonderful coffee coach, Ksenia. We were greatly impressed by the level of skill and the ability to find an approach to students. We have gained a lot of new knowledge about coffee and how to convey its taste and significance to people. Two days is so short, I would like to learn more and try. We highly recommend that anyone who doubts attend the course!!!
