Varka is good franchise, with good collaboration usually with another companies (cinemas, art galleries). I do like that they participate in updating and seasonal offers with unique menu positions. Staff in this spot is quite nice and helpful. I will visit again and again and now I have loyalty bonus account.

I was with my family at the establishment on 05.26. The establishment itself is pleasant and cozy, clean and bright, but apparently I got on a special shift at the barista. I ordered a match, it was cooked so badly (even my interns didn't cook this), I decided to give up the drink. The barista assured me that she had prepared the drink incorrectly (but she still gave it to me in this form), I refused to replace the drink, but the barista tried in every possible way to dissuade me from refunding the money to the card and "get into her position." Of course, there were different facial expressions that showed that the barista didn't like my choice. After a few more refusals, the refund was issued. The rest of the family were also not happy with the drinks (cappuccino and Americano), but the men decided to put up with this quest. We definitely won't be visiting this place in the near future.
