The barista did her job well. I served it quickly, made an extremely good cappuccino and a new "absolutely black" one from the summer collection, which, by the way, I can recommend, is extremely unusual and delicious. I also want to note the cleanliness of the tables and the barista's workplace, although there were not so many pastries.

I work in Dana, so I periodically visit the coffee island of Brewing. Of the desserts, I recommend the curd ring to everyone - it's a very simple and delicious dessert. The Polar Express was especially pleased with the winter menu (for those who like bumble to taste + beautiful presentation) There's just one caveat. Not all employees are customer-oriented. But if you get on a shift with a beautiful Barista girl with tattoos, you will be 100% satisfied with both the service and the order.

2.05 my husband and I arrived in Minsk, ourselves from Moscow. The first thing we did was visit the Dana moll shopping center, while we were walking we saw the VARKA coffee shop and decided to take tea, but we left with packages of desserts! The barista girl Chris, so deftly and not intrusively began to talk about the assortment, which caused pleasant emotions, together with her we chose which tea we should take, after serving us she asked about the application, we told her that we were guests, we came only from Moscow, and then we saw the professionalism and were shocked!As she cleverly pointed out that we had "just arrived" and asked just a couple of questions, my husband and I were already standing with bags of food. You can tell she knows her job, wow!! Service 100/10, desserts and tea 100/10. We will travel to Minsk for such service!
