I started visiting this coffee shop even when the renovation was being done :) I managed to work and enjoy great coffee. Now, visiting this institution has become a kind of tradition, after the evening promenades around the MM complex:) It is clear that special attention is being paid to the interior (for example, tulips by March 8), needlework works with the team to improve the quality of service. Hello, I have no complaints about the assortment and quality of pastries and coffee. The question is about the competence of the staff, maybe I just got that way). I came in for coffee this morning, not just me, but another guy. There is only a table of 6-7 people (company) in the hall, I assume they ordered breakfast. The service for me and the guy was refused. Of course, I understand humanly that it is difficult to serve 6 people alone who came at the same time, but the institution itself assumes boarding not for 6, but more people. The situation was upsetting . Maybe it's worth having 2 people at the window then😌
