Incredibly beautiful coffee shop!🤍 We went in for coffee with a friend last night, and to be honest, we didn't expect it to be so beautiful inside! The staff is very polite and pleasant) It is very cozy, there are quite a lot of seats on the ground floor + the second floor is still under renovation, i.e. there will also be seats there. There is a children's corner with a drawing board and a kitchenette) There is also a dog friendly restaurant, with a water bowl at the entrance) There is a WC. Coffee and desserts are also very tasty, the curd ring is just a delight! Thank you for the wonderful coffee shop in the residential area!, Definitely will visit often)

A very unfriendly girl who was sitting in her back room and flipping through the video clips, a sound that was heard by absolutely everyone. As soon as someone entered the coffee shop, she jumped up, ran out and greeted the guest, and after that only the dishes were removed from the tables where people had left. Coming out of her back room, she put the phone on charge, served the customer, threw her wire and went back. Unpleasant view of the area where the employee works, a mess. She didn't offer us napkins, they took them themselves. Because of this attitude, I no longer want to go to a coffee shop near my house.

Good afternoon. Yesterday (05/25/2026), we placed an order at the Cookery at 35 Nemanskaya Street, and the guy working there was absolutely not interested in high-quality service. Not only did he not consult us about the drinks (there was a question about what a bumble was, he just stood and waited for us to figure out what it was), the waiting time was 10 minutes with an EMPTY HALL (only two people were sitting with an order ALREADY ready), and he also did not call us when our order was ready. We just sat and waited, wasting our time, and he continued to wash the coffee machine. When asked why they didn't call us after all, we received a dry "it happens." Absolutely terrible drinks turned out, but these are the little things. No customer orientation, although when a girl works there, everything is fine.
