it's not the first time they've eaten a cake, I wrote to them personally about everything, they didn't even respond or apologize, firstly: they misunderstood and made 8 instead of 18, secondly they refused to fix it, later they agreed, but it turned out terribly, pineapple was added to the filling, although the namesake has an intolerance, I asked for a banana, pineapple was added instead without even asking, the cake is narrow, high, and low in width ( as in the picture). There are some circles on top and a sponge cake is visible, far from the reference.Last year, I ordered a cake with a bunch of berries and fruits for the same namesake , in the end there were only strawberries , a bald cake and strawberries, when asked why "you came early, there are no berries" and I told it to be ready at 5, I finally arrived at 4 , but the most interesting thing we celebrated in the same cafe, where we sat for an hour or more, the cake was standing, and you could add berries and fruits later, it's not even about the money, it 's just not nice when the most important treat on a birthday is eaten like that. The taste is great, but the attitude of those to whom I wrote is not caring , the appearance is nothing.
