I came to this place for the first time to try the basal volume procedure and correct my long-standing haircut model. Inside, everything is neat, clean, and in a modern style. The manager, a friendly girl, suggested that I take off my outerwear and sit down, as I arrived a little ahead of my time. A few minutes later, Master Natasha, also a very nice girl, came out to me. We talked, I explained what I wanted, and Natasha got down to business. I didn't even expect that anything decent could be done with my hair, but Natasha succeeded by 200%. As promised, she made my life easier in terms of creating hairstyles at home. I'm just absolutely thrilled!!! Thanks a lot to Natasha! Хочу поделиться своим крайне неприятным опытом обращения в данную студию. Изначально я записалась на консультацию по окрашиванию волос. Хотелось получить профессиональное мнение мастера: подобрать оттенок, обсудить, что мне подойдет, и определиться с дальнейшей работой. Однако мастер, к которому я была записана, не смогла меня проконсультировать. За все время консультации я не получила практически никакой полезной информации, общение было холодным и без какого-либо интереса к клиенту. В итоге мне прямо сказали, что в данном направлении мастер только обучается и не может дать грамотную консультацию, поэтому меня записали к другому специалисту. Я пришла повторно уже к другому мастеру. Мы подробно обсудили желаемый результат, посмотрели фотографии, определили план работы: осветление передних прядей, полное окрашивание в блонд, подравнивание кончиков и двойной уход для волос. После этого меня записали на процедуру. Но в день окрашивания меня ждал настоящий сюрприз: оказалось, что меня снова записали к тому самому мастеру, который ранее сам признался, что не обладает достаточными знаниями и именно поэтому отправил меня на консультацию к другому специалисту. Возникает закономерный вопрос: зачем было тратить мое время, заставлять дважды приезжать на консультации и обсуждать план окрашивания с другим мастером, если в итоге меня все равно записали к человеку, который изначально отказался выполнять эту работу? Самое обидное, что из-за полной несогласованности сотрудников были сорваны мои планы. Я специально заранее записывалась, чтобы успеть привести волосы в порядок к своему выпускному 30 числа. В результате из-за ошибки студии я осталась без окрашивания и теперь в столь короткий срок вынуждена искать другого мастера. Считаю, что подобное отношение к клиентам совершенно недопустимо. Для меня это показатель полного отсутствия организации, уважения к клиенту и внутренней коммуникации между сотрудниками. После такого доверить свои волосы данной студии я просто не смогла и была вынуждена отказаться от процедуры. Очень разочарована. Если вы цените свое время и рассчитываете на профессиональный подход, мой опыт показывает, что здесь с этим могут возникнуть серьезные проблемы.
