The owner is nice but he owns some dogs and a cat and they keep barking. The bathroom does not have a drain and water accumulates.

We stayed in this guest house twice. There is no better place to find in Gyumri. The owner of the guest house is a very kind and sincere person. Treats all the guests like family, like relatives.
