I lived in an economy room, air conditioning, shower, everything is fine. There is a refrigerator, iron, and dishes on the floor. Especially about the kitchen. The food is delicious, beautiful, and enough. But you can order trout from the cafe menu, Svetlana prepares incomparable khachapuri. Separately, about the admin girls, Irina and Nadezhda. Very friendly, the pros. We found a great company, Chelyabinsk, Norilsk. We had a great time. We were delighted with homemade cheese in small shops, went to the market for spices and sweets. Everything is fine! 👍🙏👌 The owner of the house, Peter, greeted him hospitably, gave him tea from the road (we got home at about 21h), put him in a room of his choice, because there are a lot of free rooms in November.😄 The rooms are clean, with 2 towels per person + a foot bath. The bed linen is snow-white, the blankets and pillows are modern and clean. The sea is a 2-minute walk away. We had breakfast in the summer kitchen, which has a kettle, microwave, dishes. We didn't need lunches and dinners, because we were on excursions all day. The owner of the house helped organize the excursions. I recommend it 100%. We'll come back again if possible.

The hotel exceeded all expectations, we went to the building by the sea (Pearl), there were no reviews for it anywhere, I write. • Rooms: new building, new rooms, very cozy, balcony with sea view in any case - side or straight, air conditioning, bathroom in perfect condition, everything is clean, plus room cleaning every 3-4 days, a separate plus for the studio - the bed is located separately in a room without windows, and the light from the balcony does not interfere with sleeping. • Food: we took a room with breakfast and dinner, everything is very tasty, different food every day, several dishes for breakfast and a full lunch (soup, salad, second course and refreshing compote). There is a separate menu for your orders, the prices are excellent, the variety is great - all the dishes have not been tried. There is a bar with a good selection of wine and lemonades from Abkhazia (recommendation - feijoa with laurel, hit the heart), beer is also draught and bottled. The terrible rotavirus, which all our friends used to scare us away from going, has not been detected. Eat normal food, wash fruits, do not buy shawarma in dubious stalls :) • Location: located 3 km from the border, a taxi from the border to the hotel costs 500 rubles, and another great life hack is the absence of roaming on the beach. Turn on the airplane at the border, turn it off on the beach and you are online in Russia. The beach is not clogged with tourists, as in Anapa or Sochi, the hotel has its own sun beds and umbrellas, the sea is clean, there is a bar with sap rental next to the beach. The only point is that the beach is pebbly, buy corals, otherwise it is difficult to walk and get out of the sea. • Staff: sensitive, responsive people who really care about your comfort. Bartender Andrey has been working at this hotel for several seasons - he will tell you what, how and where. Nadezhda and Irina are excellent administrators, from whom you can ask anything at any time. • A few tips: take cash, preferably small, cards are accepted here, but not everywhere (more often not everywhere), buy mosquito spray and a diffuser for the room from them, they are evil here, sunscreen, after sunburn and during sunburn is welcome. Crossing the border - from the airport or train station, you reach the border from Sochi, cross the border with a small queue, first the border of the Russian Federation, then the border of Abkhazia (minimum questions and inspection), then take a taxi from Abkhazia. The result: a great vacation, the best beach, beautiful nature, spectacular views. We are very glad that we chose this particular hotel.
