Unfortunately, my visit to this cafe left extremely negative impressions. Atmosphere and interior: the room looks uncomfortable and boring. The design of the rack with a zigzag pattern does not save the situation in any way — rather, it looks outdated. The lighting is too bright and cold, creating the feeling of a hospital room rather than a place to relax. Plants by the window are the only plus, but they are clearly not enough to create a pleasant atmosphere. Service: the staff pays almost no attention to the visitors. I waited for the order for almost 20 minutes, even though there were almost no people in the cafe. The feeling that the staff is busy with their own business and not in a hurry to help the guests. Menu and food: prices do not match the quality. For example, a 4.2 ruble milkshake turned out to be tasteless — clearly diluted with water. The 5.9 ruble nuggets turned out to be dry and tasteless, clearly warmed up from the freezer. Drinks and refrigerator with water: the choice of drinks in the Bon Aqua refrigerator is extremely limited. The prices seem overpriced, and the drinks themselves don't stand out. Ice cream: The Kosmos ice cream showcase looks outdated and doesn't attract attention. I have not tried the product itself, but the appearance raises doubts about freshness and quality. Hygiene and cleanliness: the floor looks dirty, shoe marks are visible. The tables don't look perfectly clean — after sitting, there was a feeling that they were badly wiped. Overall impression: the cafe completely failed to meet expectations. I don't want to come back here, and I can't recommend this place to my friends or acquaintances. I hope the administration will pay attention to the shortcomings and improve the quality of service and food. 😣
