I cut the baby's hair with a potty, and with annoyance that he was not diligent, we were unhappy with the haircut, but we left after paying, returned 10 minutes later for the hairdresser to fix the haircut, they had an hour break, returned an hour later, she refused to fix it, another master cut our hair, much more calm, pleasant and not hysterical, I'll also add that I'm a mom in a position and making me nervous is not the best thing for this Arpy to do. The second master gave us a good haircut, we are happy, but I think we should have received the service for free, considering that we are not happy and the stress they have put on us. We paid the full price the second time. We are pleased with the second master, her calmness and willingness to help. We are grateful to her, but also to Arpi and the administrator for their attitude and disgusting service.
