It's not the first time we've been here. My daughter's birthday was celebrated. Everything is fine. The best sauna in the city. Clean in the sauna, in the steam room, in the pools. The service is excellent. The cuisine is delicious, the portions are large. The receptionist, the kitchen girls, and the stoker all work quickly and unnoticeably. An arrogant, cold girl, with no emotions in her face, built more and more barriers to visiting this complex ... I didn't like communicating with her at all ... we doubted whether we needed to go there... education GRM 0 points. The same thing happened during the visit - boiling water for a fee - bravo! We drank tea -we didn't have enough boiling water - we asked for more- we took it as tea ... and this is Kazakhstan- where drinking tea can last for long evenings ... sediment. I was pleased with the bath attendant who heated and maintained the bathhouse all the time ... the service is low, the administrator (I am the manager myself in the task) "I would have fired you."…

On duty, I had to move to the neighboring Ust-Kamenogorsk (Uka), and you know, there is no better place than this even in the regional center! Naturally, all our friends stayed in their native Semey. It turns out that my wife's friend had booked a place in advance. 4 families rested in pairs, at first they booked for 3 hours, but then-more: they asked to extend, just after we were not busy and we were extended until 1 night. Earlier in the review they wrote that it was expensive, it was inexpensive for us, tk already wrote earlier divided the amount into 4 families. I really liked that the territory is closed from all sides, you are just resting, there are no CCTV cameras like in baths of this kind in Uka, our pool was warm and clean, the bath-chan is cool! Special thanks to the staff: administrator, cookh workers, bath attendant, unfortunately I do not know the names, but we had 5 baths, rested on 22.09.23. Very responsive, polite, helpful staff. They fulfilled any of our whims. In the end, they did not stand over our soul and did not say, like, we are already closing, leave, leave, as they like to do in Uka! In general, we had a very good rest! Good customers to you
