In the 5mil people Tashkent this is the only place where you can transfer Uztelecom number ownership. In fact, it is in the other building named Aloqabank. There, there are only 3 girls who are processing without any electronic queue. So, the queue is full of anger and chaos. Very poor performance from Uztelecom.
