I stayed at this hotel once and had an excellent experience! The architecture is very unique with convenient walkways. The views are magnificent thanks to its location. It’s quite a distance from the airports, but it’s worth it.

A fabulous hotel! The territory impresses with its beauty and convenience in everything! The hotel is integrated into the mountain landscape, all paths, ascents and descents are organized very comfortably, even for untrained people and children. The upper and lower tiers are connected by a cascade of elevators. The water park is wonderful, I especially liked rafting. The evening shows are fantastic, each time the hotel is decorated with different decorations for the evening. In addition to the water park, there are 3 beautiful pools on different levels, including an Infinity pool with stunning views. The staff is wonderful, I would say even caring. Special thanks to the administrator Olga, it was a pleasure to communicate with her. Thanks to Paul and Ekaterina from the customer service department too, we are always ready to help. The restaurant is large, with a large outdoor terrace and delicious dishes! You can reach the sea on foot or by bus, which runs non-stop all day. The drivers are great too. You can still write a lot of good things. The hotel is gorgeous, I highly recommend it!

We are staying at the hotel at the moment. The hotel is located on a mountain. The views are beautiful. Heaven on earth. On one side is the sea the color of the sky, on the other the mountains. We were taken from the main building to the villa in a separate car, and our luggage was moved to the room. All passages to the sea and to the main building are by stairs or elevators. A beach bus runs every 15 minutes until 19:00 to the elevator that leads down to the beach by the sea. We had no difficulty moving. The territory is simply huge. There is always something to do: there are many swimming pools, an adult and children's water park, evening entertainment, a volleyball court, table tennis, a sauna, a hammam, and a spa and massage for a fee. What to eat: I don't know who might not like something here, but a variety of food every day, cheeses (15 types), salads, hot dishes (from lamb meat, beef tongue and fish salmon, sea bass, various seafood: shrimp, mussels, octopus), excellent soups, various pastries (cakes, cakes, Turkish desserts). There are 2 bars on the beach by the sea, cocktails and drinks are free, ice cream from 12 to 16, by the way, there are 10 types, very tasty. You can have lunch at the beach bar. Drinks are everywhere, and the room bar is replenished daily. Includes water, pepsi, fanta, juice, beer. No one will stay hungry for sure. The main restaurant has a separate children's area for guests with children, where there is even baby food in jars. What about maintenance and service: We haven't seen such speed and attention for a long time. If you need to replace anything, you need to call the hotel's customer service at number 9 from the room. They react in less than five minutes. And the maintenance staff are working like bees. They constantly clean the territory, wash the paths, water the lawns, and take care of the flowers. By the way, the nature in the hotel is very pleasant, there are so many flowering trees and shrubs among the pines, it's just super beautiful! If you need medications from the pharmacy, they will be delivered directly to the hotel, you need to go to the lobby to the administrators, they speak different languages, Russian is very good, but not all. Taxi to the shops from the hotel is 10 euros if you drive nearby. Back - call a taxi with a button on trees and poles. You can also take the city bus #1. To do this, you will have to walk down the mountain, and then climb back up. We enjoy our holidays.

This is our second time at the hotel. Optimal price/ quality. Large territory, good water park, separate sea views from the hotel. You have to go down to the sea by elevator, but this is a plus, you need to move hard after such a meal. The food is varied, themed days, cuisines of the world, fruits, sweets, juices are normal only in bars, as well as diluted from concentrate. The bay is not big, there is sand on the beach, there are sun beds on the pier. People are distributed between the water park and the beach, so there is not much crowding. The rooms in the main building have been updated. Repairs were carried out in winter. The furniture is fresh, the plumbing is new, the TV is connected to the Internet. The Internet is good, it works throughout the territory and on the beach, it's free. The rooms are cleaned daily, but sometimes it gets to lunch when we were in the room, so we turned on the "do not clean" signal. Good children's animation and evening programs, there is a children's club with air conditioning and a playground. The staff is wonderful, any issues are resolved quickly, and there is live music in the lobby of the main building in the evenings. The only drawback is that it takes 2 hours to get from the airport by taxi, if you take a shared transfer, then it will take 4 hours, after the flight it will be difficult.

This is not the first time we have come, I really like it, I would like to visit more than once Pros: The territory is simply magnificent: pine trees, birds, shady paths, there is always somewhere to go and something to do: you can go for a gozleme, you can go to the water park, where there are a lot of different slides and an aquabar with burgers and pizza from under the knife, you can relax in the pool, where there are no splashing children, loud music from speakers, people with the speakers blaring, you can go to the beach or take a bus, where there is a bar and a full meal, you can go down to the supermarket. The food is excellent, there is for every taste: fish and lots of meat, there is a diet table and a separate space for children with their own buffet, small tables, super! The desserts are delicious, and the cakes, but my heart goes out to the pumpkin in honey with nut sauce and the little Turkish lokma donuts with honey. The drinks are excellent, the cocktails are delicious, the alcohol is of high quality, the coffee in the lobby is wonderful, there are refrigerators with water and delicious ayran throughout the territory, the detox bar with vegetable and fruit smoothies came to us very much, a better tan with carrots by the way! I also liked the animation, despite the fact that it was the very beginning of the season, it was interesting every evening: a cover band, a singer, karaoke, and parties on the beach. It should be super during the season. Last time there was a roller show, dancing, and a Turkish evening. There are also various activities: volleyball, tennis, table tennis, billiards, in short, you will not get bored. Minuses: We were at the end of April, we were first moved into a villa on the ground floor, there was a window in the toilet for ventilation directly to the street, it was cold, we had to think about how to turn on the air conditioner for heating. Later they asked to change, the best option is the highest floor, there is more space there, a sofa fits, not an armchair, and it is warm. Also on the ground floor we had guests in the form of spiders and mosquitoes. When it's hotter, it's probably cooler at first. It's a little difficult to keep up with the cleaning schedule, there was no such thing in other hotels: we leave, we return, it hasn't been cleaned yet, we go for a walk again. But the cleaning quality is great, they wipe everything every time. It is important to consider the long transfer from the airport, almost 4 hours. We knew about it, we were ready. Lots of stairs and lots of walking. The hotel is on a mountain, you have to go down and up (but there are elevators everywhere). We came here specifically to walk more, but it might be inconvenient for some. It was a little sad how the ala-kart situation was resolved (in no way): it was a birthday, free admission was allowed, but on that day everything was busy-only for a fee, and our request to visit was refused on another day, again, it is possible only for a fee. I understand that these are the rules, but this is not the first time we have come, we could have met them halfway. In other hotels, those who have been staying for more than a week are offered to go for free once, but here they were not even allowed in honor of the holiday. It's not a lot of money, but with that attitude, I didn't want to. Before the last night, the robes were quietly taken away, not very pleasant. I didn't understand, my husband explained that it was because they were being stolen.… Despite the small disadvantages (some of them are not minuses at all for us), we like it very much!

The hotel is simply gorgeous! This is the moment when expectation and reality coincided 100%. We lived in a villa with a sea view, the room was clean after renovation. The territory is beautiful, well-groomed, the views are a separate delight. The food is delicious, varied, the service is good, the staff is friendly. There is a 16+ pool on site without children, as well as a sea view. There are few people there, sometimes even empty, quiet and peaceful)) There is a bus to the sea, but it's also close on foot. There are elevators everywhere on site for those who don't like to walk a lot) everything is very convenient. There is a pier on the sea from which you can dive, which is also a huge plus for me personally. Alcohol is also normal, cocktails are delicious, beer too. One of the disadvantages: it was very far from the airport, we drove for almost 6 hours, due to the fact that we waited an hour and a half for some tourists who did not come. On average, it takes from 4 hours to drive anyway, after the flight it's just hell. Of course, you need to do something with the transfer, either make it personal or with minimal check-in at different hotels. But I repeat, the transfer is the only negative. I really liked everything else. The night restaurant is also open until 6 a.m., it is very helpful for late arrivals) I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. And we'll come back ourselves.

Utopia World is just an unrealistically cool hotel!!! Only positive emotions remained from the visit. We lived in Villa 3300, very close to the main building. Two adults and two children, 11 and 13 years old. In total, we had a company of 11 people. The territory is huge, you have to walk a lot. This is a big plus for those who want to "bring home" a minimum of the gained kilograms. It's easy to navigate, everything is thought out, who doesn't like stairs (or who has a small child in a stroller) – there are elevators everywhere, both in the hotel building and on the street. There is a lot of vegetation on the territory, a lot of coniferous trees, due to this the cleanest air. Everything is bright and green, it's a pleasure to walk through such beauty! The rooms are spacious, clean, snow-white linen, cleaning every day, daily replenishment of the bar (2 bottles of water, 2 beers, 2 juices, 2 lemonades). We were in Utopia for the second time, on the second day of rest, they left us a bottle of wine and fruit as a gift, and gave us branded bathrobes. Animation all day long. In the morning, there are mostly light entertainment by the pools, in the evening there is a bright colorful show on stage, then a disco with live music, and if you want to continue, a night closed disco. There is a separate playroom for children, different master classes every day - braiding bracelets, drawing, modeling and dough, etc., in the evening there is a separate program and a mini disco. The staff speaks Russian quite well, and the girls at the reception and the bartenders had no problems communicating. Everyone is friendly, smiling, and this attitude is very pleasant. At the meeting, they offer a glass with a very tasty compote, which is very useful after the trip) We arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m., we were immediately sent to breakfast, and by 10-11 a.m. the rooms had already been prepared and checked in. The food is great, very varied, and there's something new every day. Meat consists of chicken, beef, mutton. There are a lot of fruits, cakes, cheeses, various greens. On the last day of the holiday, there were king prawns in unlimited quantities, octopus, stuffed crabs. It is simply impossible to try all the menus! It is convenient that for toddlers there is a separate children's area with baby food (up to dry mix and purees in jars). There are a lot of bars, there are no queues when there are a lot of people (mostly in the evening during the show), 4 bartenders work at once. There is a large selection of drinks, high-quality alcohol, and no one has ever been sick. The sea is incomparable!!! There is sand with small pebbles on the beach, and the water is just right for swimming at the end of May. The approach is gentle, then a slight slope and then a flat bottom. There are two bars on the beach, there are drinks and food. There have always been plenty of deck chairs, there is a pier and a concrete breakwater. Rescuers are on duty. Of the six days, only one day there were strong waves, they were not allowed into the sea. There is a bus to the beach, but you can also walk, there are literally 500 meters. An elevator descends to the shore itself, the height is about 10 floors, lovers of hiking can go down the stairs. The view from above is simply indescribable! There are many pools, the depth is mostly about 1.5 meters everywhere, and the water park is smaller. There is a children's area in the main pool and a separate water park for the little ones. There are not a lot of slides in an adult water park, but there is enough to ride. There is a cool river that swims in a circle – I liked it the most! There is also a bar with drinks and food in the water park area (a burger king type cafe). Wi-Fi throughout the territory catches perfectly, even at sea there are no problems with the Internet. You can exchange money for Turkish lira directly at the guides' hotel. It takes about 30 minutes by city bus to the center of Alanya, where there are markets and shopping centers. There is a souvenir shop on site, but it's too expensive, it's easier to go to the city once (bus number 1, passage 40 lira). We did not find any disadvantages for the hotel. The only thing is, it takes about 4 hours to get from Antalya Airport, after a 5-hour flight it's a bit tiring, but it's definitely worth it! How can you summarize the entire review in one sentence? I'll say this, once again the rest was a success!!! We visited the Utopia World Hotel for the first time. The check-in happened on 06/16/26 for two weeks. We didn't really hope that everything would come in and everyone would like it, since there is already a favorite hotel for families with children (two guys 9 and 12 years old). The hotel nevertheless appeared in all its glory. Perhaps the most attractive thing about the hotel is its location, imagine the hotel is located at the height of a 40-storey building, above it only the remote mountains. The view is simply indescribable. Bird's-eye view of the sea, sandy beach, banana fields, mountains with green slopes. Sunset, a five-minute phenomenon that looks very spectacular from the hotel. The sea is within walking distance, but due to the high location of the steep slopes and catwalks, the hotel organized a shuttle service, which often did not have to wait more than 5 minutes. We met tourists who returned to this hotel for the 5th time in a row. We lived in a villa with a view of the water park. The room is clean and cozy. Many thanks to the staff. There are many coniferous trees on the territory, in the shade of which you can hide from the scorching sun. What struck me was that there were always free sun beds in the hotel, despite the abundance of tourists. The restaurant is beyond praise, well done, the dishes are very diverse, everything is delicious, there was even borscht! Animators will not let you get bored by conducting various entertainment programs, mass and spectacular performances. We found a Rock concert on the evening program very unusual, I liked it. The water park will not leave adults and children indifferent. You can tell a lot and for a long time, but it's better to visit once than to hear a hundred times. The hotel seemed to me more focused not on profit, but on prestige. It is this hotel that I want to return to.

We visited this hotel back in 2015, and during this time it has noticeably changed for the better. There is much more entertainment, animation has become diverse — everyone will find something to their liking. The territory of the hotel is large, well maintained and very beautiful. There are pools everywhere, and bars are conveniently located next to them, so you can always refresh yourself with a cocktail without going far. The beach is very clean and is located in a cozy bay. There is a great pier from which you can dive. It also offers a variety of water activities: you can rent a glider, ride a jet ski or try other activities. You will not have to be bored on site either: tennis, beach volleyball, billiards, board games and much more. I even took a Rumikub with me, but it turned out that it was already in the hotel — it was a pleasant surprise for me. I would like to mention the MaMiPa children's club separately. This is a real salvation for parents: you can leave the child under supervision and quietly devote time to yourself. The club is open from morning to late evening with short breaks, which is very convenient. MaMiPa really cares about the comfort and safety of children. All teachers are attentive, friendly and easily find an approach to each child, so children stay there with pleasure. And, of course, special thanks to our favorites — Banana, Avocado and Pomegranate! Thanks to you, the child has the warmest memories of his vacation, and we have the opportunity to truly relax.

A wonderful hotel, great views, a huge territory, lots of flowers and plants, everything is well maintained. We got a room in a villa with a sea view, everything is new and clean. The cleaning was excellent, towels were made beautiful every day and the free mini bar was replenished. Russian Russian is spoken by everyone, and Russian tracks are played at the disco. The food is varied and delicious. You can eat at the main restaurant, on the beach by the sea or at the fast food water park. I really enjoyed rafting at the water park. The evening shows are interesting, but you have to take up seats in 30 minutes. We took a tour of Alanya from Coral's guide, we didn't really like it, it was very long for the whole day, they took us to expensive shops for tourists, sometimes it was difficult to understand what Mehmet the guide was saying, but it was interesting. The Alanya fortress itself is beautiful, you can walk there all day, the territory is large. I would not recommend a hotel for small children (although there are playgrounds, water slides and a separate children's area for meals) and pensioners, because the hotel is on a mountain and there are a lot of stairs and catwalks. Our calves hurt on day 1, but it's good that we walked a lot, strengthened our legs and didn't get fat) I would take children from the age of 5 there. And it's better to go to the main building then. There were still mosquitoes in the villa, but it could be considered a forest. Upon arrival, we saw this hotel in an advertisement for the movie Serf 3)) Great vacation, everything is super and on the level!!Excellent service.

Nice hotel, I've been there with my husband for the second time. I really like the location of the hotel, which offers beautiful views of the sea and Alanya. For me personally, this covers such nuances as the long drive from the airport and the not very close location of the beach (but the solution for the latter is well organized in the hotel - there is a bus and an elevator). The rooms are good, this is the second time we go to the villa, and not to the main building - for us the atmosphere of the villa is more pleasant due to its tranquility and lack of fuss. There are quite a lot of interesting things on the territory, starting from the stunning coniferous nature, ending with an aquapark with slides and a water river. There is a 16+ pool for relaxation, and a spa center with an indoor pool and Jacuzzi. The food is generally good, I don't like everything, but in general I always find something delicious. The service and staff are excellent, the bartenders and hookah makers are just top. In general, I recommend the hotel if you are also connoisseurs of nature, cool views and a good rest.

The water park is very conveniently located among the pines, and allows you to enjoy the coolness on a hot day. The slides, in my opinion, were more interesting in another hotel of this chain. The beach is sandy and pebbly, the sand is imported. There's plenty of room. One of the disadvantages is a huge pipe, from which unknown water drains in the evening. Also, the pipe changes location daily, and vacationers were constantly hitting it very hard. The toilets were kept clean, and water and ayran supplies were regularly replenished. Also, one of the disadvantages is that the bus to the hotel no longer goes to the beach, but takes vacationers only to the elevator. It was quite difficult for elderly and obese people to overcome the flights of stairs and the steep ascent. We stayed at the hotel for a month, and we had the opportunity to compare the rooms in the villa and in the main building. They were the same size, but the quality of the bedding in the villa was different, it was made of cotton and embroidered, while in the villa the linen was most likely with synthetic impurities, it did not allow air to pass through. The minibar was replenished daily, and rooms were cleaned daily. The main building requires cosmetic repairs from the outside. A great mini club for kids. The food was varied and mostly delicious, and something new was constantly being introduced to the menu. What was a disadvantage for me was that the cook on the grill adds too much oil to all the dishes, and even the oil drips off the pide. We were satisfied with the rest.

A bus runs every 10 minutes to get down to the sea, even with a wheelchair it is quite convenient. The bay with the beach is comfortable, there are always sun beds, but the caveat is that the bar/ kitchen is open until 17:30. There is also a convenient pier in the bay, from which you can swim in clear water away from the main beach. There is a shop on the territory with everything necessary for tourists, the price tag is expected to be x3, 10-15 minutes on foot to the nearest shops, it's nice to walk, but don't forget about the mountains))) The entertainment program is very mediocre, but it doesn't affect my assessment, the people around were happy) Total: I recommend it, but carefully weigh the pros and cons before traveling. P.S. do not ride on a shared transfer to the airport, do not spare the money for the transfer. Minibus transfer about 10 thousand rubles. The general transfer takes 5-5.5 hours, the minibus 2.5-3 hours.

It is better to book an individual transfer, about 120 dollars. Beautiful mountain views, plenty of space on site, there is an 18+ swimming pool, no children, a bar-restaurant in the water park and on the beach, you can have a snack without going to the main building. You don't have to carry beach towels with you, they give you cards, there are pick-up points on the beach, at the spa, at the water park, it's convenient. We liked it, but we went at the beginning of the season, on May 22-29, there were fewer people, there were events in the evening and afternoon, the alcohol was good, the food was varied too. There is fitness, games, tennis, billiards.

I really liked the hotel, we were here in May 2025. The chic renovation, the gorgeous room and the view from the window, the pastry shop on the ground floor - especially sunk into my soul, especially its croissants. The beach is great, the pier is great, my husband jumped and hurt his back. The food is excellent and varied, and the bar serves alcohol from expensive bottles. It's unusual that the pools closed at 6 p.m., I would like to stay longer. The elevator to the beach wasn't working, but there was a bus. The water park will go, several identical slides, a couple of children's slides, in total, it's fun to ride only 2. Adult animation is such a thing. There's dancing on the stage, there aren't many seats, you can't see anything. Discos are kind of boring. While waiting for the night disco, it's very easy to get drunk in a bar and go to sleep) I want to mention the smell in the whole hotel when we got home, I bought a spray for the house with the same smell, now our house also "smells of Turkey" 🙈 I was also very surprised that a Serf was rented in this hotel 3))))) Overall, the hotel is great, and we were lucky with the price. For such a level and scale, it was relatively inexpensive compared to how much it cost in 2026 for the same dates.

You can use elevators or stairs to move through the tiers on the territory. The club itself is open until 23:00. Cool children's corners and a two-story maze with slides in the club. Excellent activities throughout the day for children from the animation team - children's camping trips on site with a tent and games, searching for pirate treasures on the map. The child was very pleased. This is an additional opportunity to give parents a break and usefully occupy the child for a couple of hours.

An incredible place! Our favorite hotel in Turkey. We've been here 5 times already. It is difficult to find something else better in terms of price-quality ratio. The whole mountain is at your disposal. Magical views, lots of pools, great rooms, varied and delicious food, a water park, a huge children's center, animation, staff - everything is top notch! We stay in villas - 4 beds, my husband and I and two children. They have already grown up literally in Utopia)))

For me, if you are with children, it is better to stay in a villa. It's peaceful and quiet there. If we compare the rest six years ago in the same hotel, it got a little worse. Previously, there was more scope, and there was more variety in food. But in principle, it's more than enough for us. Swimming in the sea and the beach are three for me. The beach is not very big and strongly resembles a beach somewhere in Sochi. It is not very close to the hotel, there is a bus every 15 minutes that takes you to the crossing for 5 minutes, then another 5 minutes on foot along the crossing above the road and you need to take the elevator down. In general, the impression of the hotel is good, I like to relax here, there is a large territory where I can walk so as not to gain too much), I breathed in the sea breeze, swim in the pools, go to the hammam, sauna.

A wonderful hotel for your money. We stayed there for 3 weeks in April. A large area, on a mountain. Water park on one side of the hotel, pools on the other. Go to the sea through the bridge and there is an elevator further on. From my point of view, this is a plus for an all-inclusive hotel))) The wonderful ma&me&pa kids club, the child went there with pleasure.

Great hotel! We arrived earlier, checked into a room for the disabled, on the ground floor in the main building, at no extra charge. The room is split-level, there is a room with a bathroom and toilet at the bottom, and you go up the stairs and there is a small room with a toilet. We spent one night there and realized that we would not be able to relax - the music from the disco until one o'clock in the morning and the exit from the balcony directly onto the roadway at the reception, that is, and the noise from the buses. In the morning, we changed to a room in a bungalow without any problems, that's really a buzz there! Birdsong, peace and quiet in the mornings. The room is cleaned every day, linen and towels are changed daily too. Everything is fine with food, there is a table for diabetics and a table for children. Freshly squeezed juice, lots of dried fruits, meat, fish, in general, plenty of everything. The animation is great, the show program is great too, there were evenings of Turkish music, musicians came and played folk instruments. There were acrobats, and all sorts of different things. The show hasn't been repeated in the two weeks that we've been there. The territory is large, well-maintained, there are many pools, there is for a relaxing holiday. Since the hotel is located on a mountain, then the shuttle went to the sea and then by elevator, it's interesting. Regarding the beach: the beach is not big, where there is sand, there are a lot of children, it's not safe to swim. And two places without children, but the entrance to the sea is via a ramp. To be honest, this is the only negative of the hotel. But there's nothing you can do about it. There are rocks all around. When we bought a tour to this hotel, we didn't think that a large beach was so important to us. There's nowhere to walk along the shore, everything is concreted, and wooden platforms. There are hotels where we stayed twice, but I don't really want to return to this one, precisely because of the beach. There was another such moment. This does not apply to the hotel, but still. A woman came up to us on the beach and offered us a trip to the market (for free, of course). It's not the first time we've been to Turkey, but we've agreed on something. After dinner, my husband and I took a minibus with two other couples from Lithuania (one couple is newlyweds, the other is our middle age). We drove for a long time, about forty minutes. They brought us to a supermarket on the outskirts, one building and darkness all around. The older couple and I didn't go, we waited outside. The young people went to the supermarket and bought perfumes there. And then we stood for another hour when they would take us back. In short, the evening was lost. In general, do not be fooled by this "Turkish dilutionist". And the hotel guide was a very rude girl. This is the first time we've seen this. Everyone who was present refused the guided tours she offered. So she started being so rude that we're suckers, we're vacationing in an expensive hotel, and we don't have enough money for excursions. One lady has already told her that it's none of your business where we spend our money or how to manage our vacation. I can't tell by the drinks, we don't drink. But we talked to the guys, they say the alcohol is good. I recommend the hotel in principle, everything is great, the staff is friendly, courteous and helpful.
