Позвонила узнать про клинику, т.к не могла найти где она находится на районе. Позвонила-ответила неприветливая девушка, сказала что они выезжают на дом. Я сказала, что хотела наверное все таки доехать до клиники- девушка просто положила трубку. Что не понравилось: 1. Зачем вы располагаете фото, которые не соответствуют реальности? Фото создают впечатление, что у вас есть место приема 2. Не клиентоориентировано. Если вы так с людьми разговариваете, то как с животными? Ну в общем первое впечатление провальное
