We had a rest in this estate with three families with children. A great place for a family holiday, we were satisfied. We had a big spacious house with four bedrooms. Holidays with small children were completely ruined. The owner rented the house in an uninhabitable condition. The sewage system turned out to be clogged, as a result of the inability to take a shower and go to the toilet. The owner lives on the same plot with you, the builders also worked and created noise. There was no privacy. The kitchen is dilapidated, the cupboards are splattered with grease. There are cobwebs on the steps. And the most unpleasant thing is that the owner called us names and started extorting money for clogged sewers, threatened to sue. Be careful, take the contract and demand a receipt. After all, the owner can push a "broken window and a broken door" on you We'll rent another apartment, but we won't set foot here.
