There are no disadvantages. Some advantages. Very convenient location. In order to enjoy the place, you don't even have to leave the house. It is enough to sit by the window, put your head in your hands and "hang", thinking about the beautiful and eternal. We stayed in winter. They thought that all the beauty of the place would be "eaten away" by snow and ice. But we were deeply mistaken. The house is decorated inside and out in a New Year's style. The owner puts his soul into the house. And this applies not only to appearance. Everything is well thought out and equipped inside. We were greeted, everything was explained and shown. Usually staying in a rented apartment there is always a feeling of " someone else's " apartment. Sometimes there's something wrong here, sometimes there's something different than you're used to. Here, we didn't even remember for a second that we were visiting. There are enough dishes, the house is warm, the beds are comfortable. There are TVs in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. Everything is clean. I was especially pleased with the bathroom. Spacious, comfortable. The plumbing is fresh and serviceable. The house is equipped with all necessary appliances. There is a gazebo with a roof next to the house. We even rode it in winter. There is a barbecue and a place to make a fire. In short, now I really want to come here in the warm season and look at all this beauty in the greenery. I highly recommend it.

We started our travels from Nesvizh, stayed with our family at the Devichy Estate. It's a magical place. Nesvizh itself is a cozy and quiet town, clean streets, and a measured life. Everything is fine in the manor! A clean, new, cozy house, in which everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The house is located on the shore of the lake, with a beautiful view from the window. Swans and ducks swim on the lake. The house has everything you need👌 The owner Pavel is a wonderful, kind man) we originally planned to stay for 2 nights, but extended it for another 3. It takes 5 minutes to get to the castle, very convenient location.

A great place to relax by the lake. Quiet and peaceful and practically in the city center. The Town Hall is a 10-minute walk away, and the Nesvizh Palace is the same distance along the lake shore. There is a cozy gazebo in the courtyard with a view of Lake Devichye, if you approach the shore you can see the Castle Lake, the palace and the Church. The house is cozy and comfortable, equipped with everything you need. A warm and friendly host. I highly recommend this manor.

An incredibly beautiful place on the shore of the lake. A gazebo where you can sit, relax, and admire nature. There is a barbecue, a fire pit, a cauldron. You can take a catamaran. The owner put his soul into it so that people could relax comfortably. I recommend enjoying the beauty and nature in such a wonderful place.

It's a very cool place. Silence and time stops near the tourist-filled center. Excellent location:close to the castle, a coffee shop with delicious coffee and just on the shore of a huge lake. Beautiful territory. Separately, the insanely beautiful view from the window, as on a postcard (I add a photo) The house has absolutely everything for a comfortable stay, every detail is thought out. Everything is new and clean. Comfortable beds are a separate like. We slept well and rested. Very hospitable and helpful owner. I sincerely wish you prosperity and good customers!
