I recently contacted R.R. I want to share my experience. To be honest, I rarely write reviews, but in this case it is simply impossible to remain silent, because the level of service and the quality of treatment exceeded all my expectations. From the very first visit, I felt like I was in safe hands. The administrators were very friendly, helped with the paperwork and explained all the nuances in detail. The clinic has a pleasant atmosphere: a modern interior, a cozy waiting area, cleanliness and order everywhere, which immediately encourages trust. I would like to mention the doctors separately. I underwent comprehensive dental treatment, and each stage was carefully thought out. The doctor explained in detail what procedures were needed, showed pictures and talked about possible treatment options. I really liked that they don't rush to impose unnecessary services here, but really take care of the patient's health. It feels like doctors are working not for quantity, but for quality. During the treatment, modern equipment was used, anesthesia was perfectly selected — no pain. Every step was commented on, which gave confidence and relieved unnecessary excitement. Even such complex procedures as removing and installing seals were absolutely comfortable. I was also pleasantly surprised by the level of service: reminders about the visit, caring attitude of the assistants, attention to detail. After each appointment, they clarified my well-being and gave recommendations on dental care. This shows that they really think about the patient even after the procedure is completed. The result of the treatment exceeded all expectations — the teeth look and feel great. I finally got rid of old problems, and my smile became really healthy and beautiful. In general, I can say with confidence: R.R is a clinic that you want to return to. The high professionalism of the doctors, modern equipment, cozy atmosphere and sincere attention to each patient make it one of the best in its field. I would certainly recommend this clinic to anyone who cares about their health and appreciates quality.
