If you are gluttonous and not too picky, this is the place for you. It's relatively cheap to overeat. Lagmans are good, not ideal, but good, and the portions are huge, I regularly order lagmans with me to eat in the office. It is very rare that there is little meat or a portion of less than a kilogram, but rarely, usually a huge portion. The service is good, the girls are neat and pretty, thank you

Now it is no longer "Chef pilaf", but "Urumqi lagman". As the name suggests, the main dish is lagman. There are probably at least 15 varieties on the menu. The menu is compact. There are lagman, salads, soups, hot meat, poultry, fish, pizza. We had chicken and fish, salad and two teas. The bill is for 11K. The waiters are efficient, the service is sane.

We went to get a real Uighur lagman - we were not disappointed. Delicious! The portions are huge - they didn't even get through to the end. Lagman's dough is wonderful! Thank you and recommend it!
