I was on an IV in the department — there is constant noise around, staff and security behave unprofessionally (laughter, conversations), even when patients are unwell. The doctors did not give clear explanations for the diagnosis and treatment, while insistently offering urgent surgery. There is no normal communication in Russian or English — the translation is performed by employees without medical training and without confident knowledge of the language, which makes it difficult to understand exactly what is happening. When checking out, they tried to issue an obscure invoice without decryption. The wards are normal, the rest is not. I don't recommend it.
