It's a very nice hotel. I lived in it for 5 nights. Only the most positive impressions remained. The staff is very attentive and friendly and helpful. The room is always clean and has plenty of personal hygiene items, coffee, tea and water. The breakfasts in the room are good and varied, although they are not included in the room rate, but come for a fee. I would also like to mention the very convenient location of the hotel. The very center of old Almaty. All interesting places are practically within walking distance. I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is economical. It was a bit noisy in the evening, as music, a concert or a disco could be heard nearby until late at night. In the morning, a road is being made in the courtyard. The room is clean, the bed linen is fresh.

Not for people with light sleep. Even on weekdays, there are festivities until 3 a.m. The problem is not the noisy music per se, but the low frequencies. I came across a room with an exit off the street. Most likely, the situation is worse in other rooms.
