The hotel is small, without a territory, convenient location to the market, 10 minutes to the sea at a calm pace, a deposit of 1000 rubles upon check-in, the rooms are not completely dead, but shabby, there is a fungus in the bathroom, everything is there! The room is small, the mattress is comfortable, there are extra pillows in the closet, linen is changed every three days, a towel every day! There is a TV, more than 60 channels, there is a refrigerator, but it leaks, and they also put two bottles of water every day! The balcony is very small, with condee blocks, one table and one chair, never cleaned there! There is a rooftop pool, open until 22:00 They often close earlier, as there are some private parties, sometimes for Chinese, sometimes for noisy Indians - dirt in the morning, they don't even clean up. The sun beds and nests are good, but the mattress on them is already full of holes! We had breakfast, but this is the most meager breakfast in all our travels.: Eggs, sausages, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, mayonnaise, some Thai dishes, sometimes pastries (bread with coloring), margarine and jam, fruits - watermelon and pineapple! Do I recommend this hotel? Probably yes, if you are not going to sit in the room like us for the whole vacation! P.S. a great doorman downstairs, smiling and friendly, will help with everything, I don't even mind chatting, but the admins at the reception are mean girls)

Good evening! When I was planning a vacation and looked at the reviews, which were not at all positive. I wasn't sure if I should go to this hotel. But the tour was good, not expensive, and I took a chance. But I was so glad that I got to this particular hotel. The staff was very friendly, the room was 414 with a balcony, very cozy, clean, everything you needed was in the room. Nice, clean pool, there is a bar, you can order food. In the evening with beautiful lighting. The location is great! My friend flew in the next day, but to a different hotel. According to the reviews, he was good. But she couldn't be there. Dogs are barking, no tea, no coffee. The food is disgusting, the attitude is too. I wasn't even allowed to go up to her for 5 minutes. The beach is beautiful, but you can't approach it in the evening. Everything is closed. The hotel is called Phu Wiev Talay. If I go to Pattaya again, I will definitely choose the Unigue Regency Hotel.

We had a rest from January 16-28. We have seen negative reviews from our compatriots here, and I disagree with them. We have been to Pattaya more than once and it is very good among the hotels in this price category. The hotel has a full butler, and you can ask for a free transfer to the port of Balihai. Towels are cleaned every day, there was a slight smell of a damp bath in our room and the water in the sink did not immediately leave, but my friend did not have this, so we were a little unlucky, in general we did not steam. Classic Asian breakfasts: eggs, sausages, sausage, vegetables, fruits, desserts, herbs, toasts, butter, coffee and tea. That was enough for us. A 5-minute walk away is the Russian market, where you can get food or eat right there, next to the hotel there is a gym (it is not very good in the hotel), 7/11, pharmacies. It's a 10-minute walk to tuktuk, you can go anywhere. It's a 10-minute walk to the sea, I prefer the beach in Jomtien, but it's closer to the port (for those who don't swim in Pattaya and go to koh lan) The pool is clean, on the roof. There are towels for the pool. In general, I would recommend the hotel. The staff is lovely. Everything is nearby, we are satisfied
