THEY SELL HOOKAH ILLEGALLY HERE! We came to eat and smoke a hookah on the terrace, and in the end a POLICEMAN came and made us pay a fine. The establishment does not have a license for hookah!!! It seemed like this bar was giving tips to its own guests like that. When the policeman came, all the staff had disappeared, and when the manager was called, she said that "WE DON'T HAVE HOOKAHS ON THE MENU.".. We were terribly disappointed, and we were ashamed in front of our foreign friends who were in Shymkent for the first time. That's how we had a warm welcome.

He does not respond to requests to deal with this problem. When the manager came over, she told us: "We don't have hookah on the menu." Whereas we may have something on the table that you don't have on the menu and that you advertise so heavily on social media.networks and quotas? It is also worth noting that when the employee arrived, all the staff ran away and there was no one there. Surprisingly, the employee knew the manager's name, which suggests some kind of fraud and schemes between this institution and the police. At the same time, they didn't show us any article or tell us exactly what we were violating. As a result, our friend had to pay a fine, the price of which was equal to our bill. What a coincidence! Very negative emotions, and it is especially unfortunate that we, as guests, are greeted in such a terrible way!!!!
