The branch is for show. Only the cleaning lady and the girls at the reception are alive. Any question should be answered with a comment "look at the website, everything is written there". I really wanted to say, well, what are you here for? But it was interesting what would happen next) they tried to tell me all the information I was interested in right at the reception, so as not to distract the staff in the windows from chatter and nail biting) the hall was empty) and as a result, another one came up who wanted to become a bank customer and oh my God! Queue) they had to give me a ticket in the window)) it happened)) and in the window with an additional question, a dry answer and a remark "u na. There is information on the website")) And you were once a good, sought-after bank... and what went wrong with you?😕
