Umedjon Osh makes one of the best oshi sofi I’ve tried in Bukhara. The rice is fluffy, not oily, and the meat is soft with a really nice flavor. It feels like proper homemade plov, simple and honest. The place itself is nothing fancy, but the taste speaks for itself. Definitely worth coming here if you want a real Bukhara-style oshi sofi.

Very tasty and authentic Uzbek osh I liked the quality of the food, everything is fresh, fragrant and cooked with soul. The portions are good, the meat is soft, the rice is crumbly — you can feel the real taste of traditional pilaf. The service is courteous, the atmosphere is cozy and pleasant. A great place to try real Uzbek osh and have a good time with family or friends. I recommend it to all the guests and residents of the city.
