On December 18, I had an appointment for an ultrasound at the Ultramed clinic at 12:30. I arrived 10 minutes before the appointment, paid for the service and was waiting for a call to the office. The administrator initially showed complete indifference: She didn't explain where to hang her clothes, and she spoke coldly and formally. After payment, I was informed that the office is currently occupied and as soon as the previous patient leaves, I will enter by appointment. In practice, this turned out to be untrue. After the patient entered the ultrasound room, another pregnant woman was missed without any explanation, not by appointment and not on time. When I asked why the appointment was not taking place in turn and how much longer to wait, the receptionist defiantly went to the ultrasound room, then came out, ignored me and disappeared into the toilet, actually avoiding performing her duties and communicating with the patient. Not a single explanation, not a single apology — completely ignored. As a result, I didn't get to the appointment until about 13:05, 35 minutes after the scheduled time. I consider such behavior by the administrator to be rude and unprofessional. In a medical institution, especially when working with pregnant patients, such an attitude is unacceptable. The clinic left an extremely negative impression. I can't recommend Ultramed. The clinic's management should pay attention to the work of the administrators and their compliance with their position. Contacting a paid clinic requires at least a minimum level of service. In this case, it seems that I ended up in a free institution, but for some reason for money.
