An exceptionally subjective view. I'll say right away - I didn't take the branded shawarma. I took classics, barbecue and Hawaii. I'm not particularly impressed: there's not much meat, plus it doesn't seem to be fried, but boiled or something. There is no classic flavor and the right temperature of the meat (When the meat is spun on a spit near the grill and it is shredded to order). I looked at the cooking process specifically: the meat was taken out of the container, wrapped with the rest of the ingredients and heated with a mini-oven. In general, the shawarma is normal. But there is no desire to return to this place for her again.

I took it in a tube, a tonnato, and my expectations were fully confirmed, this is really an author's piece with an interesting idea. This is not an aggressive, greasy shava with a mash, it is an interesting combination of flavors, it is lighter and more delicate. The chicken is not grilled, but it is 100% ready-made tender pickled breast, the meat is top, very tasty, juicy. Lavash is cool and delicious, now I understand why they focus on it everywhere, I really liked it. I will definitely try the other 2 more in the tube, and then I will go through the rest, I suspect that this will be an interesting gastronomic discovery, +1 you have a regular customer :)

I don't know how those people who left negative reviews here were so unlucky, but for me this is the most delicious and clean shawarma in the city. The ingredients are fresh and real, the sauces are self-made, and they are prepared with high quality. After it, there are no problems with the stomach and intestines. Customer orientation is at a good level. They cook a little longer and the cost is slightly higher than in other shawarma shops, but this is a fair price for the purity and quality of the product. For three months now I have been going and taking shawarma only here.
