We had a family vacation at Suriya in May 2026. I really liked this guest house: clean, tidy, everything is thought out. Special thanks for the underfloor heating! There is everything for relaxation: dishes, bed linen, towels, a summer kitchen, a dining room in the building, a washing machine, a place to relax near each house! The territory is well maintained. Nearby there are railway transport and shops. And the view over the years is simply gorgeous! Thank you to the hostess for her care and hospitality!

I was vacationing in a house at Lakrba 17 in Novaya Gagra in Abkhazia. I was very satisfied. The house is cozy, clean, has everything you need. And there is even a full-fledged kitchen on the premises! As a lover of cooking myself, I was delighted! The hosts are very friendly, they will tell you the answer to any question, they will offer help) It's a pleasure to walk to the sea and admire the views. After all, the sun, the sea and the mountains, what else do you need for happiness?🥰 The sights are just around the corner.. And how beautiful they are! Gagra alone is worth a lot, and I'm still keeping quiet about Sukhum! And the Ritz is generally a delight ✨ Thank you, it was you who made me fall in love with Abkhazia! 🤍 I will definitely come back again, and more than once!

The guest house is located in a quiet, peaceful area of Gagra, a 5-minute walk from the railway station (you can conveniently go anywhere in Abkhazia), and the courtyard offers stunning mountain views. The beach is also nearby, a 10-minute walk away. The district itself is the only residential area of the city built in Soviet times. There are both private residential buildings and panels around. For this reason, there are many different grocery stores, cafes and supermarkets here, but most importantly, Gagrinsky market is 20 minutes away!
