We had a vacation in the summer of 2025. A unique place, one might say a nature reserve, is located on the shore of a reservoir, with an individual approach to water. Lots of fish, a wide variety of birds, including swans, and all this beauty can be observed sitting in a chair on the shore and drinking hot seagulls. The house itself is not bad, but it's not very good either. We were lucky with the weather, it wasn't hot, there are no air conditioners in the house, so if it gets hot, you'll just steam in it. The first floor of the house is old, the furniture is all battered, the second floor was built later, so everything looks fresher there. The big disadvantage of this place is the annoying owner, who kept coming, walking back and forth across the territory, then mowing down the lawn, which, in general, tired a lot. We heated the bathhouse once, it's paid for separately, it's interesting, the bathhouse is white, the stove is brick, after the furnace is finished, the coals are removed, the steam room is ventilated and you can steam, it's fine for the inexperienced, but we steam regularly, and for us the temperature in the steam room was too low. The price for this whole place is too high in my opinion. Advice for those who decide to relax here, immediately tell the owner to come only on request, and if there is no request, then you should see him at the meeting and farewell, otherwise you will get bored.

This is a great place that I can confidently recommend. The staff was friendly, and the furnishings were clean and tidy. The main house has its own history and atmosphere, which creates a cozy atmosphere. The territory is large and well maintained, and the view of the river is simply magnificent. The cuisine deserves the highest praise!
