We with our 5 years old have been there for 4 days from Monday on the 1th of July to Thursday. Due to the issues with water pump system there were no cold or hot water in rooms, adult water pool was not working also, kiddie pools will not operate this year in according to comment. The most terrible point is administration - we were not informed about absence of water before arriving, we did not get any compensation, we had been gotten only the promises during three days to fix the issues with water. As a result they gave as cold water only by Thursday night, before we were not able to use levatory normally!!! No apologies, no compensation, no comments on questions in chat with administration about the compensation. Worst hotel service this year I suppose with serious violations regarding sanitary terms, room terms and fool mismatch to advertisement. Not recommend to use this hotel. Recommend to the owner to change current rules of work for your administration. It is not permissible and dishonest towards to your guests. With best regards Daniil. Update of the post is below. This evening on the 5th of July we have got free by pay vaucher from the owner for 3 days visit in hotel as compensation. They promised to notify us about finishing the fixing of issues with water in apartments and with kiddie water pool as soon as it will be completed and arrange possible days for visit. I will update this feedback for the possible interviewers as soon we will use it. We used vaucher at the beginning of October. They fixed issues with water. The quisine was good and mfe from locally produced meet and fruits. Will return to this place again.
