We have been vacationing with the whole family in this place for several years. We really like it, every year it gets better and better here: warm-hearted, hospitable and helpful hosts, Ruzanna and Ike. Each guest is welcomed as a family. The proximity of the sea, small shops where you can buy everything you need, within walking distance, the opportunity not to cook yourself. Ruzanna cooks so that you can lick your fingers. And you won't try a barbecue like Ike's anywhere else. If you need any kind of excursion without a huge number of people, just your own company, they will always help you with this issue. The rooms are clean and cozy, with all amenities. The border with Russia is a 10-minute walk away, you can walk around Olympic Sochi or from the bus station to any corner of sunny Abkhazia. Or rent a car and explore all the local attractions on your own. Everyone here will find what they like.

We had a rest with a friend in a guest house. We were delighted. The territory is clean, the rooms are clean and comfortable. It is very important that the room has a toilet and a shower (everything is clean), I would also like to note that the bathroom has shower gel, shampoo, soap and a hairdryer. What is very important is that there is always hot water (this is a rarity in Abkhazia). They will always go to a meeting and find a solution to any problem. Convenient location: close to the sea, shops, cafes. Friendly hosts, special thanks to Ruzanna for the delicious lunches, dinners and breakfasts. There is a dining room on site, everything is always fresh and delicious !!!)

Good day to all! In general, I rarely write reviews, but I really want to share my impressions about this place. This is the third year we have been coming here. It's already like home. And all because they welcome us here as if we were family! Very friendly hosts. Very tasty home cooking. The rooms are cozy with everything you need. It's a big plus for us that the border is nearby in 10 minutes. We really like to go to Sochi in the evenings. The sea is literally 7/10 minutes away along the shops and souvenir shops. And yet, there's a Russian connection! This is very important to us. Thank you for such a wonderful stay
