For several years in a row, namely since 2017, when we come to Abkhazia, we stay with my husband in this guest house. In 2023, I vacationed here with my parents, they were delighted and with the warmest memories. A cozy courtyard with many fruit trees and beautiful flowers is a gathering place for guests to meet, socialize, gatherings together, and children's games. Several times we celebrated the birthdays of our friends here, hiding from the sun in the shade of fruit trees. Two summer kitchen areas are conveniently located. Each guest will choose their own, the one that they like the most. The kitchens are equipped with everything necessary for comfortable cooking of your favorite dishes and meals. The rooms have everything you need, including air conditioning and snow-white bed linen. I want to say that the guest house has its own established rules, and all guests easily accept them, since the rules are aimed at a high-quality and relaxing stay for the visitors themselves. It is not a little important and very convenient that there is a transfer to and from the guest house. You can also arrange a transfer to the sights of Abkhazia. We have used this opportunity more than once. The sea is within walking distance, you can also walk to the pine grove and sleep in the midday heat in the shade of the Pitsunda pine, listed in the Red Book. And you can also meet the dawn or spend the outgoing day on a boat in the sea, more often with dolphins. All information can be obtained from the receiving party. Quite a decent holiday home. Well-maintained territory. The rooms are simple, there is everything you need: shower and toilet, refrigerator, wardrobe, bed, air conditioning. Rooms with a balcony are, of course, more convenient than those without one. There are two kitchen areas on the territory, everything seems to be there. We didn't use it much. The sea is very close.
